Arb Show 2024

We are all looking forward to the Arb Show this year and to celebrate we are giving away 20 tickets to this year’s event, via a prize draw.

To be entered and have a chance to win a ticket all you have to do is like our post on on Facebook – Free ARB Show Tickets 2024 before 11.59pm on Tuesday 30^th April 2024. 

Entrants must have at least one Chainsaw/Arb qualification (see full T&Cs below). Winners will be picked at random.

Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw

By entering the prize draw you agree to the terms and conditions below:-

1. This prize draw is open to permanent UK residents only, who are at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of these points.  
2. You must have at least one valid chainsaw qualification issued by NPTC/LANTRA,  NVQ level 3 or above in Arboriculture or at our sole discretion an equivalent. We will ask for a copy of this.
3. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on Tuesday 30^th April 2024.
4. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. To enter, entrants must like this post on Facebook .
6. Entrants must have a valid email address as tickets will only be emailed to winners.
7. All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Thursday 2^nd May (this date may vary at our discretion). The first 20 names drawn at random will be the winners.
8. The prize for 20 winners is one ticket for a specified day (either Friday or Saturday), to the Arb Show 2024.
9. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoters reserve the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend the Terms & Conditions or cancel this promotion without notice.
10. Prizes are not for re-sale, are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available in any circumstances.
11. The Promoters make no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and make no warranty for their fitness for purpose or otherwise.
12. No additional costs or expenses are included in any prize. In particular, the costs of transport to and from the Arb Show 2024 is not included.
13. The winners will be notified via a reply to their likes on Facebook and by Direct Message. The winner must claim their prize within 4 days of the Promoter sending notification, by responding to Tree Surgeon & Forestry Insurances message on the platform they were contacted on. If the prize is unclaimed after 3 days, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
14. You agree to receiving an e-ticket direct from the Arb Association and that you must designate the day you wish to attend before it is issued.
15. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoters for the purposes of running the prize draw as detailed in these terms and conditions. 16. The Promoters may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in the Promoters’ sole opinion) or who, in Promoters’ sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of the Promoter.
17. In the event you win, you agree to us publishing your name on our Facebook page. If you do not want your name to be made available in the event that you win, please let us know by emailing harryg@treesurginsure.co.uk. Please note we are required to make the winner’s details available to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
18. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook . You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this prize draw is submitted to the Promoter and not to Facebook and you agree that Facebook is not liable to you in any way in respect of this prize draw.
