Is it ever too hot to work?
According to the HSE, there is no upper limit for when it is too hot to work. You have a duty of care to employees/subbies, but how should you implement an effective sun and heat protection policy? Should SPF50 be part of the PPE? What else can you do? Here’s some advice from the BBC…
