The Supreme Court has made their final call on the Uber case and there really is no going back from here. The implications are ENORMOUS for the Arb & Forestry Industry. I know I will be moaned at, but this has to be positive for this sector in the long term. It can only ‘up’ safety standards which has to be a good thing. Genuine freelancers need a scheme like the one they have in the construction industry which accommodates jobbing tradesmen.
Don’t have your head in the sand as the world has changed. I do hope the Arb Association picks up on this as businesses need to be ahead of the game on this issue. Read the story below and plan for tomorrow.
