Happy New Year! I know we were all hoping to see the back of Covid in 2022, but it looks like it will be hanging around a bit longer.
There’s been a lot of talk about Lateral Flow Tests recently with shortages and the increase in cases of Omicron. We’re interested in whether you ask all your team to test regularly? You have a duty of care as an employer (and to your own pocket!)
We ask all the team here to test twice a week. It’s a good thing too as we had one case when an employee tested positive. She only suffered a slight cold but imagine the impact if she had come to work. You guys often travel in the same vehicle, so I strongly recommend that you get your team to test regularly.
