I recently heard out about a tree surgeon who damaged somebody’s car due to a large branch falling on it. After some ‘persuasion’ the vehicle owner agreed to claim on their car insurance. Matter closed??
Of course not. The vehicle insurer then pursued the tree surgeon for the damage and all the litigation costs. This is very unprofessional and a good example of how not to run your business.
