Mark spent time on the phone with me explaining all the options. He was professional and knowledgeable about this specialist type of insurance. The quote was good value. The other staff were also responsive to my questions, they always answered the phone and called back when they said they would. Hopefully I wont ever have to make a claim and actually find out if that part of the business is just as good, but from first impressions I’m confident it will be. Fingers crossed.
